Loaner Vehicles
- Customer must be a VIP customer (vehicle purchased from Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando and currently under factory warranty).
- Repair must be expected to take longer than 3 hours.
- Driver must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid U.S. driver's license required.
- Automobile insurance declaration page required.
- Customers are responsible for contacting their insurance company to verify that their policy provides full coverage for the loaner vehicle before a loaner can be issued.
- A $250 authorization on a major credit card is required (no debit cards).
- The owner of the vehicle being serviced must be the person receiving the loaner vehicle.
- Loaner vehicles may not leave the state of Florida. A $750 fee will be assessed if a loaner vehicle is taken out of state without prior authorization.
