VIP Rentals

Loaner Vehicles

Customer must be a VIP customer (vehicle purchased from Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando and currently under factory warranty).
Repair must be expected to take longer than 3 hours.
Driver must be 21 years of age or older.
Valid U.S. driver's license required.
Automobile insurance declaration page required.
Customers are responsible for contacting their insurance company to verify that their policy provides full coverage for the loaner vehicle before a loaner can be issued.
A $250 authorization on a major credit card is required (no debit cards).
The owner of the vehicle being serviced must be the person receiving the loaner vehicle.
Loaner vehicles may not leave the state of Florida. A $750 fee will be assessed if a loaner vehicle is taken out of state without prior authorization.

All documents (driver's license, credit card, and insurance) must be under the same name as the person renting the vehicle.
