Complimentary Transportation

Daily transportation is provided to the Disney parks and Disney Springs.

Parking

Current valet parking rates are $40.00 plus tax. Passengers who valet park are responsible for these charges unless preliminary arrangements. This rate is subject to change. Self-parking is not available at the Waldorf Astoria.

RECREATIONAL FACILITIES

RESERVATIONS. A credit card is required at time of reservation.  All reservations are guaranteed until 5 days prior to guests' arrival, with one night deposit.

Room rates are subject to a 12.5% sales and occupancy tax. Should either state or local tax increase, you will be informed immediately and you will be responsible for all increases.

CANCELLATIONS

5 days prior to day of arrival (local hotel time) for standard rooms and deluxe suites only - no charge.  Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation within 5 days of arrival - the first night will be charged as no-show fee. No charge for cancellations 14 days prior to day of arrival for Luxury, Waldorf and Presidential suites.  

6. PAYMENT

Guests will settle their bill upon departure, unless credit has been established by Company pursuant to a separate written credit agreement in the form requested by Hotel.
