Airport Shuttle Service

“In order to qualify for the Private Chauffer VIP Airport Shuttle Service from the dealership you must be an active ELITE member of Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando’s VIP Rewards program. VIP Park Bark & Fly Airport Shuttle service is available to both Elite & VIP Rewards members.” This exclusive VIP service is extended to members of the Mercedes-Benz Rewards program, not to family members or friends. This free service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. The shuttle from the dealership leaves to the airport every hour on the hour. The shuttle from Park Bark & Fly leaves to the airport every 8-15 minutes. Out of respect for the other passengers we appreciate your being on time. We will not wait for late comers nor will we reimburse anyone who misses the shuttle if using the dealership for parking. You will be transported in our shuttle van to and from the Orlando International Airport. When using the dealership parking, for Elite Members who have scheduled service during their trip, we will wash your car and have it waiting for you upon your return. When using Park Bark & Fly you will be shuttled from Park Bark & Fly’s facility via their shuttle that runs every 8-15 minutes. There is no wash provided for Park Bark & Fly parking. We do have a VIP section in the front of Park Bark & Fly’s lot. These spaces are reserved for VIP Rewards members. When full VIP members will have to park at any available space.

  1. Please submit this form at least 72 hours prior to your pick up from the dealership to the airport, and/or 72 hours prior to you reservation with Park Bark & Fly.
  2. You must arrive at the dealership at least 2 hours prior to your flight time.
  3. When you arrive at the dealership, pull into the service drive, the airport shuttle counter is to the left. If you arrive after hours, the shuttle driver will meet you at the main entrance. If using Park Bark & Fly you will use the barcode provided on your confirmation to enter the facility. (can be used from phone) Then park in VIP section, board the shuttle to the airport
  4. Our chauffeur shuttle service from the dealership requires that the amount of passengers and luggage selected at the time of submitting your reservation be honored when you arrive to be picked up. If the number is increased without adequate notice your service can be denied. The maximum that can safely be accommodated by the chauffeur shuttle service from the dealership is 5 passengers and a maximum of 4 regular sized pieces of luggage plus 2 carry-ons. When scheduling for the Park Bark & Fly shuttle service note the limit is 10 passengers with luggage for each.

  5. If using the dealership and you are traveling with small children, you must provide child seats.
  6. You are responsible for notifying us of flight cancellations, delays or changes. Please contact the dealership shuttle driver at (407) 738-6240 as soon as possible. Please contact the dealership directly at (407) 374-0033 when using Park Bark & Fly.
  7. International travelers must provide a U.S. phone number when using dealership shuttle in order to confirm your airport pick up.
  8. We will call you prior to pick up to confirm your travel plans and answer any questions.
  9. Dealership personnel will request a valid ID from the VIP customer that is scheduled for the Airport Shuttle Service at time of drop off. You will only need the confirmation with barcode when using Park Bark & Fly.
  10. Only one vehicle per appointment will be provided a courtesy parking at the dealership for the Airport Shuttle Service.
  11. Courtesy parking will only be provided to the vehicle associated to the VIP Rewards account at the dealership.
  12. By filling out this form you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions stated above.
