Arrived in Orlando on Saturday night the 13th October to find our Mercedes out of Battery. Called Mercedes roadside assistance to get help. Spoke to a pleasant person on the phone that promised I would be contacted within 15 minutes. After half hour I called back. He said somehow my request had \"jumped out of system\", so we needed to start over, It could take up to an hour. The roadside assistance actually came 15 min later,so ok. Sadly he couldn\'t start the car, I asked him to please tow the car to Mercedes at Millennia. Next day Sunday, I called and called and called, no one picked up at service. So called sales, phone was picked up within seconds, Naturally!!!! She transferred me to service where she said there was personel, again no luck, I was just waiting. In the end I spoke to someone in sales, they told me that service \"most likely\" wouldn\'t have time for my car today, on a sunday. Ok fair enough. Called Monday, again long time to locate a service person, they promised to call back. After 2 phone calls to Millennia, My husband drives to mercedes in a rented car. They cant\' find the car!!!! I panic. Instead of Mercedes of Orlando trying to figure this out (this is where we bought our S63 Mercedes), I am calling the roadside assistance team to find our car!!!!They finally locate the place where the car was towed, at Maitland Mercedes, however the dealership there does not know anything about our car, and can also not find it. Finally they find it sitting without paperwork and with the keys on the front seat!After endless phone calls to Maitland, they tell us it is a new battery that is needed. ( we already knew this). and we finally pick up our car on Tuesday. The car is now showing all kinds of problems on the dashboard, and we just want to give up. Where is the Service Mercedes!!!!Buying a car from You is a pleasure, a dream, but when something goes wrong it is like being in an undeveloped country. We are tired and chocked about the way you treat your customers. We love the Mercedes brand, and we have had many cars over the years in many countries, USA is the worst when it comes to looking after your customers. How sad this is.

In around march of 2018 I got my first Mercedes vehicle from MBSO , I really enjoyed picking out my car with the help of Nicholas he gave me very good advice and provided great customer service. I\'ve been to the dealership a couple of times ever since and each time I leave frustrated. The wait time is horrible there are times where I don\'t even get an update on my vehicle, every time I come here I\'m prepared to be here for more than 3 hours. I\'ve came in for a simple carwash and had to wait at least 2hours and a half. The people that work here are kind however I feel like sometimes don\'t take me as serious because I\'m such a young girl coming to the dealership on my own , but when my dad talks to them they communicate better with him and take their time to provide him with good service.

I was very pleased that I was able to bring my car in for service without an appointment and Victor Kazakov, Assistant Service Manager, was introduced to me and quickly resolved and scheduled service to my vehicle. My vehicle needed a new battery and this service along with the 27 Point Inspection was completely quickly. It was a pleasure to meet Viktor and obtain the service to my vehicle in a relatively short time.

My Service Advisor, Keith Mooty had a loaner car ready for me when I arrived. The service team did a great job on my B service and Recall work. Keith kept me in the loop and when my car was ready I dropped off the loaner and picked up my car without any hassle or drama. Classy operation, good people at Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando.
