When you enroll in the Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando VIP program, you'll be treated to a host of exclusive perks every time you visit our dealership. For VIP members we offer complimentary car washes six days a week, complimentary pick-up and delivery service within 15 miles of the dealership whenever your Mercedes-Benz needs service, access to a Mercedes-Benz loaner car any time maintenance takes longer than three hours, and much more. If you enjoy traveling, you'll be pleased to hear that you can park your Mercedes-Benz at our dealership and enjoy our shuttle that can take you to and from Orlando International Airport. Our guest lounge with a Business Center offers complimentary gourmet coffee, breakfast and lunch five days a week so you may relax while your vehicle is serviced. As a Mercedes-Benz VIP member you can also enjoy complimentary tire inspections and pressure adjustments, complimentary bulb replacements on 2009-model years and newer, a complimentary 32-point inspection on the Mercedes-Benz you purchased from our dealer, and complimentary key replacements for one year on purchases made after April 2015.

When you show us your Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando VIP Rewards key tag or card when you make a qualified purchase, you can earn up to 10% in points that can go toward your next Mercedes-Benz purchase. Every point you earn is valid for up to four years or until your account expires and can help you save up to a maximum of $2,500 that you can put toward the purchase or lease of a new or used Mercedes-Benz. Plus, if you're not ready for a new vehicle, your points are fully transferable to a friend or family member if they'd like to enjoy the luxury that driving a Mercedes-Benz brings!

  • When you visit our South Orlando Mercedes-Benz dealership for prepaid service, we'll award you an additional $10 in Bonus Points when you present your VIP Rewards key tag.
